The release of people from prison and the defense of people accused of crime; this is the core of my practice as an attorney. For over 20 years I have represented people in State and Federal Court in Texas. Contact me as soon as possible so I can begin to represent you or your loved one.
In Texas, parole decisions are made by one of the regional parole boards. This decision process is not public. There are no parole hearings, as in some states. You must present your argument for release directly to the board. This is where an attorney can help. Parole representation means presenting the very best arguments, both written and in-person for your release to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.
If you have been arrested what do you do? Your life is turned upside down. You may be unsure about what will happen next. If you have been accused of committing a crime you are not alone. Innocent people are arrested every day for crimes they didn’t commit and for things that they didn’t do. Others are good people who simply made a bad choice. Whoever you are, whatever happened you have a right to be defended.
